Services Offered

You don’t need to have it all figured out — or even know where to begin.
Sometimes just naming what hurts or what feels off can be the first step.

Whether you’re navigating grief, a life transition, relationship strain, medical crisis, or deep questions about identity and meaning — we begin with curiosity and compassion.

This is a space to slow down, listen inward, and gently explore what’s asking for your attention.

Individual Counseling

$135 per session

A supportive space to navigate what’s heavy, unclear, and speak freely.

Whether you're grieving, dealing with trauma, or wrestling with questions about identity — individual therapy offers a space to slow down, discover what you're carrying, and move toward greater clarity.

.

Teens and Child Counseling

$135 per session

A grounded, relatable space to feel heard, and be yourself.

Whether it’s emotional stress, identity questions, school and social pressure, or navigating relationships — this is a space where they (or you) don’t have to go it alone.

Couples Counseling

$150 per session

A space to pause, reconnect, and grow — together.

Whether you feel stuck in the same arguments, more like roommates than partners — couples counseling offers space to explore patterns that keep you apart, and begin to rebuild a way of relating that feels safe and connected.

What To Expect In Your First Session

The first session is about getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to therapy. We'll talk about your hopes for counseling, and I’ll listen closely to understand what you're going through. It’s a time to explore your unique story and how we can work together to support you.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure at first. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, creating a safe space to explore and heal.
